Click here for a high resolution movie of the brain at work !
A recording session, lasting approximately 1 hour is essential and will be done by a scientist. This session includes the experience of seeing your brain in real-time. You will be provided with a "contact sheet" of sample images to assist you in selecting which images you would like printed.
These are gallery quality archival prints on Fujifilm printed by Jones and Morris.
The available print sizes are:
8 x 10 HD Print
11x17 HD Print
24x36 Archival Fujifilm HD print
For Printing fees contact our office.
Group packages available.

This is our feature product and we are the only studio in the world to offer it. Your brain will be recorded for 30 minutes and a graphic artist will oversee the creation of your brain movie. Your movie will include several scenes and the images are recorded with the latest BluRay technology offering outstanding visual quality.
(For best results the movie should be viewed on an HD screen.)
Fees: Please contact our office for pricing. Group packages available.
A Sample Movie
This movie was made using a new technology called '3D real time source localization' using a software program called 'Dynamic Electrical Cortical Imaging' (DECI). It is a derivative of EEG, which means that the starting point was 32 EEG electrodes spread over the scalp, plus a ground. The basic unit of measure in EEG is voltage. The basic unit of measure in source localization is current density. The lines that you see moving in the movie are surrent density vectors. Each line is drawn radiating out of the centre of little cubes in the cerebral cortex called voxels. There are 6239 voxels. Source localization works by inferring the location of the generators of EEG waveforms using a specialized branch of mathematics to find what is known as an inverse solution. The reader will see coloured lines changing in length and position as well as swaying. This movie is a recording of a healthy, middle aged man with his eyes closed and sitting relaxed in a chair. The movements of the lines are believed to reflect the electrical field activity in the cerebral cortex. When a line gets longer, it means there was greater activity in the voxel from which it radiates. This movie has been slowed down 30 times from the actual brain speed so that it is not a complete blur. EEG is composed of activity in various frequency bands. This movie was made by assigning the colours red, green and blue to the frequency bands corresponding to delta (low), theta (medium) and alpha (high) frequencies respectively. What is evident is a complex, ever-changing, myriad of activities. The movie is on a continuous loop lasting about 8 seconds per loop. It is rotating to allow the observer to see all sides of the brain. It uses a translucent mode to sllow the user to see activity inside the brain and not just the surface. The white balls represent the locations of the 32 electrodes. While this particular movie is not in real time, the technology can be, and by default is, performed in real time. This creates exciting possibilities for new method of diagnosis and treatment.
